Elabyad Appointed IRF Vice-President for International Programs & Member Services

ALEXANDRIA, Virginia — Magid Elabyad, a long-serving IRF staff member is appointed Vice-President for International Programs & Member Services with immediate effect. In this role, Elabyad will oversee the IRF’s training programs and regional capacity building initiatives in Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa as well as East Asia, and contribute to building stronger relationships with members throughout these regions.

“Magid has served IRF in several key roles since joining my team in 2005,” noted C. Patrick Sankey, IRF President & CEO. “Important pillars of our program, including our highly-regarded executive seminars on Performance Based Contracts, would not exist without Magid’s tireless efforts and constant engagement with IRF members. Magid’s promotion to this new role reflects the growing interest expressed by our members for regional knowledge sharing services which emerged during the 17th IRF World Meeting & Exhibition.”

Mr. Elabyad graduated from the George Mason University with a degree in Decision Sciences / Management Information Systems. He is a currently an MBA candidate at Ohio University.
