The Foundation level course and certification is step 1 of the APMG PPP Certification Program® which aims to foster a common minimum level of knowledge and understanding amongst individuals working on PPPs or those interested in learning about PPPs, regardless of discipline or sector. APMG awards the CP3P® credential to individuals who successfully pass the three examinations: (1) Foundation and Overview Stage, (2) Preparation Stage, and (3) Execution Stage.

The course is FIDIC focused and covers the roles and responsibilities of The Engineer, contract administration, and the dispute resolution process as prescribed by FIDIC.
The Seminar will feature a program of presentations and discussions about performance-based contracts and how they can help road agencies meet their desired outcomes. Participants will engage in working groups with experts who are actively involved in maintenance contracting and asset management to discuss the application of best practices under different country conditions.
This training course is designed to provide a comprehensive knowledge of the basic concepts and recent advances related to pavement design, analysis and construction. Participants will learn about recent developments in designing and maintaining sustainable pavements. They will be guided through various interactive course modules to develop skills and knowledge to employ standard guidelines and specifications related to both flexible and rigid pavements. Throughout this course, the sustainability considerations for design and construction of pavements will be discussed. Innovations and advances in pavement engineering with regards to design, analysis and construction, will also be addressed through dedicated modules for each topic. A special focus will be on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues, long-term performance, reducing environmental impacts and a maximizing the socio economic outcomes.
Road safety audit and inspections serve the common purpose of identifying risk factors related to road design or traffic control that may lead to crashes, or make crashes more severe. In many cases, they also assist network highway operators and city traffic departments in identifying engineering weaknesses and hazardous locations, even in the absence of robust traffic injury data.
