This workshop is designed to provide a comprehensive knowledge of fundamental concepts and methods used in asset management to preserve a road network in a “State-of-Good-Repair”. Participants will learn about best asset management practices to maintain inventories, monitor functional and structural infrastructure performance, develop performance models, identify treatment and budget needs, prioritize resource allocation, and conduct life-cycle cost and risk assessment analysis to formulate cost-effective maintenance and rehabilitation strategies.
