IRF Chairman Appointed Mayor of Riyadh
Eng. Abdullah Al-Mogbel has been appointed Mayor of Riyadh with immediate effect by royal order of His Majesty Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, King of Saudi Arabia and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
