ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Volume 12 of the IRF Examiner (ISSN 2411-3867) -- The IRF Examiner is a freely available periodical journal featuring peer-reviewed technical papers by leading industry professionals and which supports the IRF’s mission of creating a global marketplace of knowledge.

Abdullah Al-Mogbel. "As the road sector delivers increasingly sophisticated solutions addressing our societies new mobility needs, the availability of global knowledge resources such as those provided by the IRF is now more important than ever."
