This on-line workshop will provide a basic overview of project finance theory and a technical review of some of the basic techniques used for the delivery and management of transportation infrastructure projects.

Transportation agencies are in increasing need of additional tools to expand capacity utilization of the highways, roadways and public transport under their management. ITS offers the promise of this increased capacity with compelling benefit/cost ratios, and demonstrated contributions to sustainable development objectives.

The Foundation level course and certification is step 1 of the APMG PPP Certification Program which aims to foster a common minimum level of knowledge and understanding amongst individuals working on PPPs or those interested in learning about PPPs, regardless of discipline or sector.
