The IRF Bring Roadside & Work Zone Safety Course to Costa Rica
This certified IRF training course is one of the most comprehensive road safety training programs in the world, and Costa Rica was the perfect place to attend this professional-level presentation. The training program focused on: Roadside Safety and Work Zone Safety and was attended by 120 delegates from multiple nations, including Panama, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Belize and Honduras.
High-level officials were also in attendance throughout the two days, and included several decision makers from different government agencies, including the Costa Rican Vice Minister of Transport and Road Safety, the Executive Director of the Road Safety Council, the Director of the Traffic Engineering department, and the Chief of Transit Police, among others.
The also IRF partnered with the Inter-American Development Bank to maximize the number of delegates, with the IDB providing numerous financial options for those interested in attending.
The IRF looks forward to further expanding its presence in Costa Rica via additional road safety training in the months to come.
